       The Whitetail guest cabins have undergone some major changes . This includes a name change and extensive and numerous construction projects.  We have converted the cabins to condominiums and each cabin will soon be for sale.  Our attorney and surveyor have completed and recorded the documentation (including the Home Owner’s Association By-Laws).

    The cabins (condos) are tucked in by the Mission Mountains and the Swan Range in one of Montana’s most popular recreation areas, approximately 4 miles north of the Town of Seeley Lake on Highway 83. Boat launches and swimming beaches are nearby and the Clearwater River Canoe Trail is 1 mile from the “cabindominiums”. In the winter you can snowmobile from your cabin, go cross-country skiing, ice fishing, dog sledding, etc.

 

      Each cabin has been remodeled and nicely decorated. The private bedroom features a queen pillow top bed. The kitchens are complete including range, fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. An expanded satellite television system has approximately 80 channels and a good selection of Sirius music channels. Relax on your private deck. A barbecue is available and outdoor furniture is provided. All appliances, furniture, linens etc. that are in the cabin will stay with the cabin. You will love the beautifully landscaped 3.4 acres. Most cabins are slightly less than 400 square feet and each owner would own a ninth of the property including an assigned garage.

    We expect several cabins will stay in the rental pool because numerous potential buyers have expressed an interest in obtaining income from their cabin.

     In order to allow driveway access to the garages on the next level, cabin #8 was relocated and placed on a daylight basement (nearly doubling its square footage). We have also moved cabin #7 onto a daylight basement. The cabins(condos) are served by 1 well and 5 septic systems, there is also a community storage building that houses the water system filters and controls.
